International Part-Time Customer Service Advisor.

What you will do as a part-time Customer Service Advisor

• Attend a fully paid training course for 10 weeks (remote)

• Represent a leading brand, always ensuring outstanding customer service

• Utilise tech and tools to solve customer enquiries swiftly and efficiently

• Take a customer first approach to query resolution

• Utilise our industry leading inhouse support tools to stay engaged, empowered and ready to progress up the RedeluxuryYou career ladder

What we’re looking for from a part-time Customer Service Advisor

• Experience in providing outstanding customer service

• Excellent written and oral English

• A passion for people and ability to make a difference.

• Ability to work autonomously in a dedicated space free from disruptions

• Capable of utilising technology, often more than one system to bring about effective customer resolutions

• Confidence and resilience to provide a consistent best everyday.
